Luis is a small holder farmer from Finca Villa Betulla in Colombia. For over 60
years his family has been farming coffee in this region. Luis’ focus is on producing high grade specialty coffee, constantly working on new and exciting microlots. Cherries are hand picked & only the ripest are chosen. This coffee was dry fermented for 17 hours before being pulped. The coffee is then dried on parabolic drying beds to a 10% moisture content. This honey processed coffee has complex notes of dark berries, figs, caramel and sweet chocolate.
